This time it's All About The Benjamins
Well, not rilly. Just kidding. I do want to see that movie one day, tho.
Anyway, just wanted to spend a moment ranting about this and that. I haven't been able to write much because of taking care of the kids and my husband and other great things : ) but I have been slowly working on chapter 3 of my EPIC mini-novel : ). Hopefully I'll get it finished soon.
And another thing I've been doing which has kept me away from the keyboard is reading. Easier to read with the baby either sleeping or being insane than to sit at the keyboard. I've been reading book one of the GORMENGHAST trilogy. If you haven't read this trilogy, get to your bookstore and look for it. Amazing. Thoroughly. Gothicer than Gothic : )
Gormenghast is a castle. The castle is ancient, decrepit, rotting and yet very much alive. The people are trapped in thoroughly eccentric lives. And everything they do is wrapped in stultifying, horrible ritual.
