I came home from taking my husband to an appt. and discovered that my email account was canceled. Chatting with a customer service rep, turns out my account has been turned off. My DSL, that is. Dunno why, but they say I have to reorder DSL to get things back. Trying to let people know before they switch EVERYTHING off!!
