Take Care Of The Sweater Puppies

Listen up gals, when all is said and done - size, shape, cup, one or two - it's all about attitude, so do not be afraid to own your breasts. That's right, take a look at them, study them, squeeze them, check for discharges, cracks, cuts, sores, change in size, shape or form.

* In the shower: Clean the nipple areas and use this opportunity when there's lots of lather on the breasts to do a proper breast self-examination.

* Out of the shower: Pat dry slowly.

* Perk up breasts with cold cucumber slices. Move the slices in circles slowly around the breasts.

* Share your facial mask with your breasts.

* Put your favourite music on and relax your breasts.

* Remove the mask gently with warm water.

* Warm hands and then moisturise breasts one at a time. Don't forget that the armpit belongs to the breast, so moisturise all the way to the top of each shoulder and along the sides of each breast.

* If talcum powder keeps breasts nice and cool during the hotter months, caress, them further with a clean soft puff.

* Always place your breasts in a clean bra. Breasts love cotton (it allows them to breathe).

* If showing off a decolletage, add bronze shimmer to further lift and separate.

* When out on the town feed your breasts well with lots of vegetables, especially broccoli. Sip water with a slice of lemon instead of ordering yet another glass of alcohol.

* At night put breasts to bed on cool, clean sheets. Ensure that the mattress provides adequate support not just for the back but for the breasts too. Sleep on the back or on your side if breasts are too heavy to be slept on.

* Some women like to sleep in a bra. Our feeling is that breasts need to breathe, so release them.

* Bras should not dig deep into the skin, leaving unsightly marks. If this is happening to you, your bra is too tight.

* Wake breasts up slowly after a night's sleep by stretching each arm away from the body slowly. Lift arms one at a time. Use the right arm to hold the left bent elbow, stretch slowly reaching for the collarbone. Repeat twice slowly on each arm.

* Inhale slowly and deeply. Exhale slowly and deeply, emptying the lungs of the night's sleep.
Spend a minute listening to the body. wish it well for another day.

I personally awaken my breasts with short jabs of electricity as I stagger out of the room. Adds a "jolt" to the day. The taser has been worth every minute, except for the burn marks.
